Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign up with email to sell cards, track sales, and receive balance credits. Your country is used to show live rates in your payout currency.
How do payouts work?
Approved sale value is credited to your Vela wallet balance. Withdrawal options and limits depend on what is enabled in the app for your country.
What is Fast Sell?
Fast Sell lets you submit a card directly to Vela instead of choosing a buyer. Vela reviews the card and credits your balance if approved.
Is Vela a bank?
No. Vela is not a bank or payment institution. It helps you sell gift cards to buyers or to Vela, and tracks balance credit after review.
How do I delete my data?
Delete sales history in the app where available, or request account deletion. Steps are on the data deletion page.
Need help with a sale?
Support, privacy, and deletion requests go to the same mailbox. Please do not email full card numbers or unredacted card photos.
